He has had proven success in managing cross functional strategic and operational large scale transformation programs ($1b+) that have produced performance optimisation and risk reduction. David is passionate and results focused, providing practical and effective training and risk reduction solutions.

With experience across leadership, managing and influencing change, negotiation and stakeholder management, cross functional and operational transformation, with a strong commercial focus, David prides himself on performance optimisation and risk reduction.

David regularly works with Regulatory Authorities, peak Industry Bodies and enforcement groups.
